If you love listening to music, Maxis is extending its free Spotify Premium subscription offer for its MaxisONE customers. Originally priced at RM14.90/month, the ad-free subscription is offered to all Maxis customers at RM9.99/month. But if you’re a MaxisONE Plan 128/158/188 customer, you can activate the premium option for free of charge. Some companies offer a Spotify Premium subscription as part of select plans. Subscribing through a partner is a great way to access multiple services at a reduced rate. Right now, you can subscribe to Premium via our partner Maxis. Once I have registered, can I access Spotify via other Internet or Wi-Fi connections?

Will streaming on Spotify app consume my Internet quota?
Yes, streaming Spotify app will consume your Internet quota. Alternatively, you can also stream Spotify app over a Wi-Fi connection.
Can I access my Spotify Premium account on other supported devices?
Yes, you can access your Spotify Premium account on other supported devices. However, only one device is able to stream music on that account at any one time.
Hotlink have charged me in full (RM15.90) for Spotify Premium in the last e-statement. I have registered and used it for less than a month. Why am I not pro-rated for the service?
Spotify is a third party service that Hotlinkis bringing to our customers and the full charge for Spotify is taken on the very first day of subscription. That is why we are not able to pro-rate this service.
How do I change my Spotify Premium to Spotify Free Version?
To change your Spotify Premium access to Spotify Free Version, you have to end your Spotify Premium subscription at https://www.spotify.com/my-en/ or Spotify app.
What will happen after I end my subscription to Spotify Premium?
Upon reaching the renewal date, your Spotify account will be downgraded to the 'Spotify Free' version. Your playlists will be maintained but you will not be able to play songs on-demand. Your offline songs will also be deleted and you will have to listen to advertisements in between songs.
Cease Renewal of Hotlink Spotify Subscription
I receive an SMS which states that my Spotify subscription will not be renewed anymore?
Spotify is streamlining their subscription options, hence all subscriptions via 3rd party (in this instance Hotlink) will be ending and will not be renewed anymore. Instead, all Spotify subscribers are recommended to subscribe to Spotify at spotify.com and charge to their Hotlink credit with a seamless experience.

Not to worry, you will still be able to access to your current playlists when you re-subscribe to Spotify at spotify.com by using the same login credentials.
