Greetings,

I have the same issue - I also have a 38 MM SS. I was getting great battery life. I downloaded iOS 8.4 but didn't really use the Apple Music function until yesterday after I had a chance to set it up properly across my devices. Once I had everything synced up I was listening to the new music app for a few hours - I noticed it was a hog for my iPhone battery - taking 60% of it. My iPhone 6+ normally has excellent battery life - it was drained down to 60% and I was only listening to music - no texting or calls. My Apple watch was down to 46% (I took it off the charger at 830 am, same time as my phone). At 130 I decided to charge my iPhone and AW. Normally i can make it from 7 am until 11 at night and still be at 45%.

I read that streaming music could be the culprit so I went through last night after they both charged up to 100% and made all my music available for offline usage. I also did a reboot of the phone and watch. I'm not sure why this is impacting the AW (using watch OS 1.0.1). I wasn't using the watch to control the iPod controls. I'm hoping everything will settle and I will get my awesome battery life back for both the watch and the phone. I have to travel this week and will not have time to charge it as much while at the office.
