Find Recently Played Songs On Spotify App

Tip: If you’re listening to an album, Spotify automatically queues all its songs. In the Play Queue, right-click the track you want to remove. Click Remove from Queue. Change the order. In the Play Queue, under Next Up, click and hold the track you want to move. Drag and drop it to the position you want. Recent listening history.

Spotify has a long history of delaying pretty important feature updates or completely ignoring them. Like the username change feature, which its users have been requesting for a long time now but Spotify says that they don’t want to implement it now and have no plans of implementing it soon. Well, the username feature is just one of them, there are hundreds of other features that people want and are shouting about it on the Internet.

Another one of the requested features is the ability to view your listening history or the list of recently played songs. You can view your song listening history but only up to the last 50 songs and only on the desktop app. But there is a small trick way by which you also can see your recently played songs list on the Spotify mobile app, which we have written about below.

  1. Find songs in playlists. For iPhone/iPad: Go to the playlist. Pull down and release to display Filter at the top. Note: In Liked Songs, tap Find in Liked Songs. Enter a search term. Only titles containing that term are now listed. To return to the original listing, either clear your search or tap X or Cancel to remove the filter.
  2. Spotify keeps close track of your listening history, both for your convenience and to personalize the music it recommends to you. But if you're trying to find that listening history, you might.
  3. Just took an extra swipe. Tapping Add songs took me to a list of suggested songs with four dots at the bottom center of the screen. Swiping left took me to three further lists with Recently played the second of those. So I suggest if you have dots at the bottom of the first screen just keep swiping to find Recently played. Hope that works for you.

Can you delete my Spotify history?

No Spotify does not provide you with an option to delete the history of your recently played songs and if you are concerned about your privacy then don’t worry much as only you can view your Spotify history and no one else can and also it only stores the history of your only 50 most recently played songs.

But if you are still paranoid then I would suggest you set a strong password to your Spotify account, so that no one can break-in. Also, check out how to add friends on Spotify easily.

Spotify has created a brand new website that reveals your most played songs and artists.

It's no secret that people love stats and now there's a Spotify site which tells you your Top Artists and Top Songs of all time.

Spotify is no stranger to giving users extensive information about their listening habits. In 2017, the popular music streaming service launched its annual Spotify Wrapped feature which lets people know which songs and artists they've streamed most that year. More recently, Spotify has been telling users if they're in the Top 1% of Fans of an artist based on how often they listen to them. If you listen to an artist 99% more than other people on Spotify, you make the official Top 1% of Fans.
